Our family has hopped on board the healthy bus. Have you every heard of Green Smoothies? Well, let me tell you... they are delicious! Niel makes his very own homemade smoothie every morning.
The boys and I use Garden Greens Essential Greens mix. We add a banana and some low-fat yogurt to make it taste just a little better!

Do you see these happy faces? They love their morning smoothies!!!! Do you also see their big muscles? I think the greens are helping them grow up big and strong!

glad you hopped on the bus. Ha HA!! Looks delicious..
I need some help! Since I had Alayna, my muscles have gone soft...I weigh the same, but my clothes fit a little snug compared to before pregnancy...any suggestions?
I think we should start our own Biggest Loser thing!
I drink one of these on a regular basis! Who knew liquid spinach could be so yummy?
I love green smoothies! Yum. Two of my favorites:
Fluffy Green Smoothie
1 1/2 - 2 cups water
1-2 handsful spinach
2 apples
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Give it a whirl in your blender and voila! A perfect fall breakfast, snack or dessert :)
Simply Green Smoothie
1-2 cups water
2 bananas
1-2 handsful spinach
Blend it up... creamy and delicious!
Love the pics, too... adorable :)
Cheers,
Kristen
